Dear Sirs I need to clarify the tax treatment of overseas employment income for non-domiciled. If someone is a UK resident and non-domiciled, and they have chosen to be taxed on remittance basis, is their overseas employment income be taxable in the UK? All the employment duties were carried our outside the UK for an overseas Employer and the Emplyment had no link whatsoever with their UK Employment. Secondly, I understand, overseas workdays relief is available for UK Emplyment for the duties carried out outside the UK and it has got nothing to do with Overseas Employment. Is it correct? I very much appreciate your help.

Hi, Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the link above doesn’t cover the question I asked. I will be grateful if you could provide details on tax treatment of Foeign Emplyment Income with Foreign Employer while being a Non Dom UK Resident claiming Remittance Basis. I look forward to hearing from you.
