Hi we have had 2 agent services accounts for a while now, the original one allowed us to work with CT, SA, PAYE etc the second more recent Agent Services Account , focuses on VAT - they both use the same ID's what are the web addresses for getting to these different accounts please, now it seems I am always being directed to the Agent Services Account which does not provide access to our SA clients, Also I am told they are linked but cant view the SA clients in the agent services account because I am told its the last 4 digits of the account I am providing when asked cant be used thank you

Good afternoon, I am having the same issues. I normally use the same gateway access for the online services account (PAYE,CT, SA..etc) & Agent Services account (VAT MTD) Now it only takes me to the Agent Services Account where there are limited servies. I have contacted the HMRC online services helpdesk....they suggested clearing cookies, cache, history..etc. Can someone please help? Many thanks

Just Spoke to HMRC, they said its a known issue, they advised loging via this link on a temporary basis, they are looking at the issue... https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/home/ it worked for me.....
