I requested to change my name which my surname, however is not necessarly well recorded. I have a hyphen to connect two words, which makes the entire surname (1 word instead of two, the Hyphen is missing. Also my surname has two very special latin letters from nordic latin alphabet (-å and -ä) and the are missing, just replaced by a normal -a. (Hå****-L****ä******). Without these two latin charatcters my name is not pronounced correctly. The third issue is related to my first and second names which are only represented by the first letter of each (D K). I would like to see my entire first and second name written in full (D***** K******). I submitted another form for change name (Your reference is XTJ-6KZV-OQR), but unfortunatly there is no comment box for further information where I could explain this to the case worker. How can I make someone dealing with this matters to understand what I want?
