Hi, I left the UK 10 years ago to live and work in Jersey. I have a UK DC pension which I am thinking of moving to a Jersey QROPs. I understand that if I did this, and then subsequently moved to a different country, I would be subect to a penal tax charge on the QROPs. However, can I confirm that if I specifically moved back to the UK, this charge would not be levied?

Hi,
You can see guidance here:
Overseas pensions: pension transfers
You should seek financial advice if you wish to transfer your QROPs back to the UK.
Thank you.
