UK resident but previously worked in Singapore having PF(Pension), can i bring to pay mortgage?

I’m a UK resident(staying in UK since 2019) now but previously I stayed and worked in Singapore and I am having my PF(Pension) in Singapore.If I transfer my PF(Pension) amount from Singapore to UK to clear housing loan will I be charged with tax .Please let us know.Thank you.

Please refer to article 18 and 19 of the double taxation treaty - Singapore-UK Double Taxation Conveniton 1997.
