I am currently on skilled worker Visa and working in Wales since January 2022. I have saved my money in Lisfe Time ISA to purchase my first time home. i have recently come to Know that on My visa i can not use public funds as it will effect my ILR application. Can you please confirm does ISA 25% bonus fall under public fund? if yes what do i need to do now? should i withdraw it? Secondly does HelptoBuyWales scheme fall under public funds? Thanks Regards
