Inheritance Tax - Retrospective Quick Succession Relief Claim

Hello, I have obtained probate and paid IHT on an estate (Last September). I now realise I can claim quick secession relief on a portion of the IHT already paid. Can a retrospective claim be made ? If so what form needs to be complete ?
