Hi everyone I am new to the group and have a small problem I need answers to, my wife myself and my mother in law all shared my house, last week my mother in law passed, but she had a pre paid funeral plan in place, my wife and I are both OAP's receiving state pension only and I am on pension credit, my wife and I live together amicably but are no longer a couple so our payments are individual, we went today to sort out the funeral arrangements which we believed was pre paid and most of it was but we have been presented with a bill for things like £82.00 for medical certificate and £250.00 for Minister/Officiant fees both of which will have to come out of our state pensions is there anywhere we can claim this back and who from many thanks for your help
