Non UK resident paid by UK company

I am a British non UK resident living in the UAE for the past few years. I have an opportunity to work for a UK company but based in the region as their representative. All income would be foriegn income. Need to understand tax implications for either party (if any). Can they pay my salary into a UK bank account? Can they pay into UAE bank account? Or either.
