Hello，I sent you the required documents for income tax refund (will, probate, scanned copy of tax refund letter, proof of address, etc.) by express delivery on July 19, 2024. May I know when I can receive the refund payment? How can I contact the person handling the tax refund? Can you provide their email? Because they do not reside in the UK, it is more convenient to contact them via email. thank you!
