Expenses Rates for Employees travelling outside the UK

The subsistence rates for Employees travelling outside the UK have not been updated for 5 years now. I am currently working in Istanbul , Turkey, where your published rates are 60.50 for lunch and 86.50 for dinner (both Turkish Lira). This equates to £1.24 and £1.77 respectively. Please can you advise when the next rate review will be carried out, as obviously the amounts above are totally inadequate
