CA3821 follow up?

Hi, I filled out the form for CA3821 and received a reply stating: "An employer must regularly carry out significant activities in the UK. However, we cannot confirm if you do this based on the information shown on our records or from what you've provided on the form. What you need to do: please send us a sample of invoices (or other documentation) that shows 40 days of paid work being carried out by the company in the UK since 01/10/2023 to the address at the top of this letter." I submitted this information, including over 100 pages of invoices, bank statements, and everything requested. It has been three weeks now. How long does this process typically take, and how can I request an update, considering I can't reach HMRC by phone?
