Northern Irish Sole Trader occasionally providing goods and services in the republic

Was hoping for some clarity a sole trader who provides labour and construction products (furniture and steps, counter tops) based in NI but installs and provide labour in the republic occasionally what are the tax implications how is this to be declared?
