Unemployed and tax credits wrong

I moved to UC as I split up from my ex. Had to put in information as had split up mid year, only to get a letter saying I've been working then self employed. When in actuality I've been a full time mum the whole time I've had a joint claim and then UC. I'm worried like mad that this mess will now cause me so much trouble with UC as I've not been working and the letter says I've been employed and self employed. What do I do?
