TAX REFUND

I got a tax refund this year. But I want to get a tax refund for 6 APRIL 2022 TO 5 APRIL 2023. It is true that there is no tax refund for 2021-2022, It says I paid 2416.60 pounds in tax and I wonder how it's handled.
