non-income based JSA

Dear HMRC, I am wondering whether I am eligible for non-income based JSA. I am a British citizen. I have been living in the UK since October 2022 and worked here since November 2022 till June 2024. Before that I was living abroad for 3 years. Upon my return to the UK, I paid voluntary NI contributions. However, I have just read that NI contributions class 1 are required for JSA eligibility, but I paid the classes 2 and 3 contributions to cover the years of my absence. Thank you.
