I hope someone could help me to solve this puzzle: I have a Limited Company that was dormant for quite a while, with no trading or anything, so the accounts were filed as such with the Companies House. Last year I decided to actually do something, so went to HMRC site, registered, and Company then became "active". I transferred 300 Eur to the Company Bank Account (as Director's Loan), but in the end I never got to trading yet again. Now it's time to file accounts with the Companies House, and I'm trying to understand whether I should be choosing "Micro-Entity" or "Dormant", since I never traded. Could someone advise? Thanks.
