Child Benefits & Maternity Leave

I am currently on maternity leave, planning to return to work June 2025 (I will have taken 12 months off) - I earn over £100k and I wondered whether I would be eligible for the childcare hours of funding on the basis that I will be part way through the tax year for 2024/25 and so my p60 statement will show under £100k / with pension it will be net adjusted to under £100k. Or is it based on your monthly income regardless of tax year?
