Hello, I applied to close down a company in which I do not operate any activity, and I felt the need to write here because I lacked information. Do I need to submit any information or documents to HMRC after applying for closure? I would like to remind you that I have not carried out any activities with the company since I opened it. thank you

Hi,
You do not need to contact us about the strike off, Companies House will notify us of your intent and again when the company is struck off.
HMRC will contact you if there are any matters outstanding.
