Tax free childcare and my partner income

Hi Team, I would like to apply for tax-free childcare, and aware that both parents must earn at least 's £2,379 for 3 months. I would like to check on my situation, my partner is a PhD student and is allowed to work 20 hours a week as she gets quite a bit of work from University and she also teaches online at Varsity Tutors. I am aware that my partner would earn > than 's £2,379 for next 3 months, can you please let me know if I can apply for the tax-free childcare for my kids? Thanks
