No replies to a mailed query sent over four months ago,

Dear Agent, I sent a signed-for letter to an HMRC BX9 1GH postcode on May 31st 2024 on behalf of my Spanish partner (who isn't fluent in formal writing) and as yet there has been no reply. We've checked her Government Gateway account and it confirms that the document has been received. We're wondering when we can expect an answer as the release of a Spanish workplace pension is dependent on the outcome. Thank you in advance.
