Converting from NETP to UK based

Hello. I believe that HMRC is still treating me as a NETP but I have been living in the UK for years. I am not doing any trading anyway. I would like to convert from a NETP to a UK based account. How can I do this? It will not let me change my address details in the app.

Can you please confirm you have a UK company which is incorporated at Company House.

No. I was a sole-trader, not a company.
