Dear Sir or Madam, In order to suisterebmit Intrastat as an agent on behalf of other clients, does the agent need to be VAT regd in the UK? Regarding the contracts signed between the clients and the agents, in the case of a change of agent, does the agent need to provide you with a new power of attorney? Finally, in the event of a change in the legal representative of the agent company, does this change need to be communicated?" Thank you
