VAT Repayment Bank Account Showing Pending

I put my bank account details on the online account 2 months ago but it is still showing as Pending and I am getting cheques for repayment. How can PI get this completed?

I have tried - what is the magic password to be able to get through to talk to someone - three attempts with different words to of which told me to go online and then hung up on me and the third i have just given up after 22 minutes of thanking me for waiting.
