Filled in the wrong tax number when paying VAT

When paying VAT by bank remittance, I filled in the wrong tax number in the remarks, what should I do? Can it be returned or is there any way to modify it?

Hi,
If you have put the wrong tax reference then please can you call the Helpline on 03002003700 so that we can trace the payment and assign it your VAT number.
