Hello Team, I have successfully incorporated a company in the UK as a non-UK resident director, the address used for incorporation has been provided by the company that handled the incorporation/formation process. My company is an online ecommerce retail company that buys goods locally from within the UK and ships it over to fulfilment centers that manage warehouse distribution and shipping. Please guide me on how to go about as a business incorporated in the UK but at the same time registering for VAT as an NETP since i do not have a principal place of business. Furthermore the company is not registered elsewhere other than the UK. Thank You

Hi,
If you do not have an establishment in the UK then you would register as an NETP. You can see guidance in sections 9-12 here:
Who should register for VAT (VAT Notice 700/1)
You would complete the online application form which can be accessed here:
How to register for VAT
You would need to provide an address on the application but if you do not have a business office this may need to be your non UK home address.
Thank you.
