Hi, We have received an approved letter with our company's VAT registration number. Still, when we go on the gov gateway user ID of our company and try to get online access to VAT tax with the VAT Number that we have on the letter, the following message appears: "Your business is set up for VAT with another Government Gateway user ID. Try signing in again using a different user ID." We have no idea about a different gov Gateway user ID. Please let us know what we should do in that situation. If that matters, we submited for the VAT registration through the Online Filling Website. Thank you

Please contact our VAT online services team so they can check if the VAT number is enrolled on another gateway account already or whether the known facts being entered are not matching the system correctly.
