Special Tax Periods/Non Standard Periods

I have been trying to get through to HMRC all afternoon with regards the above, as I cannot apply for my next three years worth of VAT dates on the online account nor using the VAT484 form. Can someone please give me a number I can call (0300 200 3700 just keeps sending links via text which are of no use then cuts off) so I can get this done.
