I am trying to add the VAT number to my gateway, but it show already linked with different gateway ID. How can I do? I think it maybe linked to my previous agent because they apply the VAT for me. I have contacted to them and they replied that I have solve this problem with HMRC. Is there any one with same problem, please help!

Please call our Helpline on 03002002701 as we will need to locate your VAT account and remove it so that you can add the VAT service to your new gateway.
