Correction of VAT return with nil effect on VAT due

Hello. I have just found that I overstated a purchase value by around GBP600 in Box 7 on my last VAT return due to omission of converting EURO to GBP, while a VAT reclaimed was stated correctly in Box 4. Therefore, there is nil effect on the net VAT due return. Would you please advise me how to correct the error?
