Vat reclaim air source heat pump and inverter

I am doing a self build vat claim for my new house. Can I claim vat back for Air source heat pump purchased online and installed ourselves, we have an invoice off supplier showing vat charged. We also purchased a PV inverter to run the pump from an online supplier which we have a vat receipt for,can we also claim for this. Thanks
