MTD issues

Hi. I have been submitting my VAT returns through MTD from my book-keeping app. However, my return submitted on 25-Jul-2023 is still marked in my app as Overdue. I have checked with my VAT gateway account and with the bank and confirmed that the payment has been made. Is there some setting that has not been done to indicate to my app that it has been paid? Thank you.
