Vat For Disable Installation Of A Garage Door

We are fitting an automatic garage door for a registered disable person as they would not be able to operate a manual door and they are asking about Zero rate VAT The door we are fitting could be manually operated so we are adding an electric operator for the customer to be able to use it. Although these days alot of the doors we install the automation is an integral part of the system.
