VAT Amendment - I haven't heard back

Hi. We filed for a VAT Amendment and we are due to get a refund from the government. We have not received acknowledgement of our amendment we sent via post letter. It been 20 days. Please advise

Please allow 30 days for the correction team to review the case.
If you have not heard anything after 30 days please call the VAT helpline on 0300 200 3700 so they can check on this for you.
