Input VAT on Amazon fees

We are a business based overseas and we are VAT registered in the UK. We received three debit notes from Amazon related to fees: - Accrual (Damage Allowance) - Accrual (Freight Allowance) -Accrual (Markdown Money) Standard VAT rate was applied, but no payment is due as will be cleared by deducting its value against the payable liability to us. Can we reclaim input VAT?
