I'm a sole trader recently registered for VAT. I'm trying to obtain a copy of my VAT reg certificate however while trying to log into my VAT account it says there is no VAT tied to my account. I have received letters and emails from HMRC about my VAT and have my VAT reg number so I know I am definitely registered. I have been previously able to access my VAT account as well. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix?
