VAT on consultancy/interior design services for property based in US

Hi, I need to raise an invoice for the UK based company for the consultancy/interior design services provided for their property based in US. Would place of supply be US? There will be no UK vat charged on the invoice? I would appreciate help on this.

If your service is directly related to land which is in the USA then your supplies would be Outside The Scope Of VAT.
