VAT Account refuses to accept MTD submission

My VAT account says "You do not have any returns due right now. Your next deadline will show here on the first day of your next accounting period." but my first date of accounting is 1st Jun so I do. My VAT account also says "2022 returns You have not submitted any returns using the new VAT service this year." but I did submit my 2022 return and have the submission ref: TXOD6PEX4AJYINOKQRRDI45DSIFOVQ4 In addition I cna see this return in the TAB "Previous Returns". I need HMRC to sort this out so I can submit my tax return by MTD for the period 1stJune22-31May23
