NI VAT claiming in EU

We are an NI based company that claim VAT back in the south of Ireland. This system was working fine until the start of 2024. There is a service issue raised but the system still wont let us raise an EU VAT claim - 7 months later. Do we have to submit a claim differently now or it a waiting game of when the service issue is resolved?

Hi, I've spent days trying to call the helpline to raise a service issue but havent been connected to an agent. I've tried several different times of day and get hung up on eventually.
