hi all can someone give me some advice I have UK company and am buying from a UK supplier and paying vat on the goods I have found a customer in the Eu whom I would like to sell/Export to do I charge them vat? if not can I reclaim the vat as I bought the goods paying vat?

Hi,

If you are VAT registered and sell goods outside the UK then these supplies should be zero rated. You can see guidance here:

The VAT which you have incurred on these goods is your input tax and is recoverable as long as the criteria below is met:
