Hi, My client submitted overseas account details 3 weeks ago (Ref received) but VAT Enquiries cannot tell if details on file or application being processed. Is it the case that the NAS cannot tell if an overseas bank details (even if only "Yes/No") are on file? Can we assume that as well over 3 w. days have passed and no evidence of rejection of the application that the account is now "on file"? Thanks.
