I submitted a VAT126 form on 13th June and am still awaiting payment. I am not having much joy getting through on the telephone. Can I just resubmit the same form again? I don't want to end up with a duplicate payment.

Hi Having spent 20 minutes in a queue to speak to the VAT team, they gave me a telephone number for VAT 126 team. Internal referral was not offered. I then spent another 20 minutes listening to music on the second telephone number before the line went dead. Please advise what I should try next. Thank you.

Please call our Helpline again on 03002003700 so that we can do an internal referral over to the
VAT 126 Team or a warm transfer if the Team are available  .
