I recently received a VAT Repayment for the latest VAT return submited,but Monzo Bank blocked the transaction requestin proof of funds,i sent them screenshots from the HMRC portal but then,they frozen my account to verify,after more than a month,Monzo bank took the decission to close my account saying the proof of documentation i have sent is not enough and the funds will be returned to sender (wich i can see in the final bank statement)in this case to HMRC.I contacted HMRC and was told that the funds will be returned as a credit into my account portal in 3-4 working days,its been almost 8 days but the funds have still not been credited.The Monzo bank wont even reply to my complaint since they closed my accunt,should i contact them again?or just wait longer for the funds to be credited? Thank you!
