Claiming vat on Royal mail postage without vat invoice

Can you claim vat without invoice but providing alternative evidence? I buy over 50 Royal tracked postage labels on ebay daily, I could download and save each vat invoice but it would take an eternity. There is a document that shows all the labels and price paid but does not show any vat details. Can I use this document + payment receipt as Vat evidence instead or manually downloading each invoice? Thank you
