Invalid UK VAT number

When my customer check my UK VAT status on online VAT checker, it show my VAT number is invalid. Could you please help to follow it up as  I can log in my account but the online checker show it is invalid. It is really make my clients worry and affect me a lot. As my company has just been established. Please help to solve it as soon as possible.

There is an issue with VAT numbers being invalid on the VAT checker and I can unserdtand the client's concerns.
