Renegotiate Time To Pay VAT agreement to include most recent quarter

Hi, we have a TTP agreement for previous VAT quarter which we're on top of, however our next quarter has been submitted and it would really help from a cashflow perspective to include this amount into the existing plan - increasing the monthly payment to pay back the total amount with the same timeframe. Is this kind of renegotiation possible? Thanks.
