Flat Rate Scheme Application DELAY?

Hi, I'm VAT registered and have applied FLAT RATE SHCEME initially early October, and I've yet to hear anything back as of now! It's been a full 2 months. What's going on? I'm still paying the standard fee of 20% which is super high. My application number is FPIU-F0XI-I28O Can someone look into it, or let me know why it's taking forever to process? I've tried calling HMRC but the wait time was 1-2 hours.

Never mind, I made another calculation, and believe standard fee works better for me due to more overseas transactions than UK.
