Amount in Box 6-VAT return

Hi, Kindly confirm if all the sales of the business needs to be included in the VAT return Box 6. Is there any exemption to any sales/revenue for not to include the sales in the Box 6? Kindly help please, need to comply exactly what HMRC says. Aswathi
