RE: CGT Reporting Limit
Hi Having tracked gains resulting from OEIC sales over previous years they have always been within the AEA, however disposals have occurred in excess of 4x AEA / subsequent £50k reporting limits. Could you please advise how to rectify and if there is any penalty. Thank you
