  • Self-Assessment on French Salary

Hello, I arrived in UK this year and will be considered as resident for tax year 2024/2025. I will have to do a Self-Assessment after this tax year. My only income is a french salary (from my french employer): - Gross amount : 2643£/m - Social contributions : 608£/m (directly take on my salary) - Tax : 200£/m (directly take on my salary) So after that, my net salary is 1834 £/m Social contributions are composed by : health and pension contributions, deductible CSG, Non-deductible CSG. What will be the amount to declare during my self-assessment (in which field) and what amounts can I subtract (claim refief)? Indeed, I don't get the gross salary directly. (so paying tax on the gross salary seems strange to me...) It would be great to have the detail of which form will I have to fill and which fields. Thanks you in advance for your reply, TC
